Cranberry-pineapple Sauce For Ham

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time: 10 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 11
  • 1 can (16 ounces) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Crushed Pineapple, Undrained
  • 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • PLACE all ingredients in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth. Reserve 1 cup of the cranberry mixture to brush onto a ham during the last 30 minutes of baking time.

    COOK remaining 1-1/3 cups cranberry mixture in small saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over sliced ham.

    Great Substitute Substitute 1 can (8 oz.) peach slices for the crushed pineapple.

    To Double Recipe can easily be doubled. Just prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients.
