Planters Candied Walnuts

- 1 qt. (4 cups) Water
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) PLANTERS Walnuts
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Nutmeg
PREHEAT oven to 300°F. Cover bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add walnuts; stir. Boil 2 min. Meanwhile, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl; set aside.
DRAIN walnuts well. Add to sugar mixture; toss to coat. Spread into prepared pan.
BAKE 20 min., stirring after 10 min. Cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
